How to embed Supademo on Freshdesk

Step-by-step interactive Supademo

Step-up your customer support experience on Freshdesk by seamlessly embedding Supademo, empowering agents to provide interactive demonstrations that address customer queries with clarity and ease.

Step-by-step guide

1) Click the "Solutions" tab.

2) Click on "New article"

3) Click here the "</>" button to enter code view.

4) Copy the embed code from the Supademo you would like to share.

5) Paste in the code in the desired section.

6) Click on "Select hierarchy"

7) Click on "Publish"

A core issue we identified was that the team was often spending a lot of time creating custom demos, guides, or walkthroughs for unqualified prospects.
