Platform Access and User Licenses

As a condition to access and use the Platform:: You may adjust the number of User Licenses at any time by using the Platform to invite users, remove users, or change their user roles. Authorized User Licenses are for designated Authorized Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User, but may be reassigned to new Authorized Users. This number may be increased at any time by mutual agreement by both parties, conveyed in writing or by increasing it in the platform.

1. Each Authorized User shall agree to abide by the terms of the Company’s end-user terms of use which it may adopt from time to time.
2. Customer Users shall agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement or a subset thereof.
3. Upon becoming aware of violations, the Customer shall immediately notify the Company of any violation of the terms of any of the foregoing by any Authorized User.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content (demos) you create on our application. We will never claim ownership of your content, but may request persmission from you in order to use it.

With prior written consent, you may optionally grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. However, to the extent that we (or our partners) have used your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until the relevant commercial or post has been discontinued by us.

Logo Usage

By registering for an account and utilizing the services of Supademo, you hereby grant Supademo the permission to use your company's logo in its marketing materials, including but not limited to, websites, promotional content, and social media. This permission is non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable, and does not constitute an endorsement of any products or services. Supademo agrees to use your logo in a manner that is professional and in keeping with the reputation of your company. You may request the cessation of use of your logo at any time by providing written notice to Supademo.
